These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bullseye Guns & Indoor Range’s online store, facilities, and services. By using our online store or visiting our location, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Bullseye Guns & Indoor Range reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Annual Memberships are valid for one year from the purchase date.
All memberships require a valid email address, phone number, and credit card.
Memberships renew automatically unless canceled by the customer prior to the renewal date.
Cancel anytime with no cancellation fees. Remaining payments will continue to be charged to the card on file until the end of the term.
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
All members must comply with range rules and safety protocols. Failure to do so may result in termination of membership.
No returns on firearms, ammunition, sale, consignment, or discounted items.
Exchanges are discretionary and handled by the General Manager.
No returns on purchase of classes or training through the website. If you are unable to attend the scheduled class date, contact us to reschedule you for another date.
Training: 24-hour cancellation notice required. No-shows will be charged in full and are not eligible for rescheduling.
Event cancellations: 7-day notice required. No-shows will be charged in full.
Eye and ear protection required at all times.
No food, drink, or tobacco in the range.
No firearms outside of booth/lane unless bagged or cased.
No one under the influence of drugs or alcohol is permitted.
All firearms and ammo must be approved by range staff.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review and adhere to the following policies when reserving a range lane:
1. Lane Capacity
A maximum of four (4) individuals are allowed per lane at any time.
2. Reservation Policy
Members may reserve range lanes online at no cost.
Non-members are required to pay a $17 fee upfront to reserve a lane.
All reservations are held for 5 minutes past the scheduled start time. If you do not arrive within that window, your lane may be released to other guests without a refund.
3. Arrival & Check-In
We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to ensure a smooth check-in and safety briefing, if applicable.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
Members may cancel reservations at any time with no penalty.
Non-members must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund. No-shows and late cancellations will forfeit the reservation fee.
5. Additional Policies
All guests must adhere to posted safety rules and range staff instructions.
Eye and ear protection is required and available on-site.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
By reserving a lane, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms.
Transfer notifications are sent at 30, 60, 90, 120, and 150 days.
Items not claimed within 180 days without communication will be considered abandoned and may be sold.
If claimed between 180–365 days and the item was sold, store credit of 50% of the resale value may be offered.
No credit will be offered for items unclaimed beyond 365 days unless documentation is provided for military deployment or extended illness.
100% prepayment required.
90 days allowed for pickup upon arrival or a 10% restocking fee applies.
No refunds or returns for special orders. Only one special order active per customer.
