Pistol Fundamentals: Level 2

Class Description:

Prerequisite Level 1 Pistol Fundamentals Course.

This course of training is 2 hours and designed for shooters who already have a Concealed Carry License or have some level of training or Handgun knowledge or experience. This course is meant to build upon the shooting fundamentals practiced during the Pistol Level 1 course. The repetitions from the shooting drills will help each student to develop and hone their muscle memory when shooting their pistol of choice.

[Does NOT qualify for a Florida Concealed Weapons License]

Focus: Fast & smooth holster draws, movement with muzzle discipline, shooting multiple targets, & off-hand/single hand shooting.

Topics include:

Review of Firearm Safety
Muzzle Discipline
Drawing from the Holster
Barriers, Cover, & Concealment
Moving and shooting
Live Fire on the Range

Class Requirements:

Class is intended for advanced/intermediate shooters looking to hone their skills with a pistol.
150 rounds minimum of quality pistol rounds of ball ammunition. No steel core, steel cased or tracer rounds.
50-round boxes of Ammunition available for purchase in-store.

Individual equipment:

Pistol with at least 3 pistol magazines.
- If you use a Revolver, you must have at least 3 speed loaders.
Eye & Ear Protection. (Rentals available upon request.)
Closed toed shoes.
Pen & Paper for notetaking.
Proper Belt and Strongside Holster / Concealed Holster set up.

Certifications Earned: Does NOT qualify for a Florida Concealed Weapons License

All class sales are final and non-refundable. Please contact the General Manager and the Instructor if you have questions.
A minimum of 3 students is required to ensure a class will be held.
Students may be rescheduled to a later date if the minimum number of students is not met.
Students are offered no more than one voluntary reschedule. Involuntary rescheduling, such as the case of the Instructor being unavailable, is the only exception to be afforded additional chances to retake the class later.
No-call/No-show means the student will not be given a rescheduling slot. He/she must purchase another slot for them to take the class at another date.
