Florida Concealed Carry Weapons Course

Class Schedule: Saturdays, 1:00PM – 4:00PM [Please arrive at least 1/2 hour early.]

Class Description: Detailed overview of Florida CCW laws & justified use of force.

* [If the student is court ordered to participate in a Firearms Safety Course, the Instructor MUST be informed prior to purchasing a slot for the class. Additional terms and conditions are to be implemented to remain compliant with state/federal laws.]

Topics include:

Review of Firearm Safety
Legal Use of Force
Florida Law Review (for CWL applicants)
Live Fire on the Range

Class Requirements: [Class is NOT intended for brand-new shooters. Some handgun experience is required]

Students must know basics of handgun manipulation (Clearing a firearm, slide-lock to the rear, proper grip etc.)
Students must bring their own handgun. No Rentals Permitted in this class.
50-rounds of Ammunition (boxes of ammunition available for purchase in-store.)
Students with no experience / no handgun are recommended to first take the “Ready, Aim, Start” Class.

Certifications Earned: Exceeds requirements for a Concealed Weapons License (CWL) in Florida

All class sales are final and non-refundable. Please contact the General Manager and the Instructor if you have questions.
A minimum of 3 students is required to ensure a class will be held.
Students may be rescheduled to a later date if the minimum number of students is not met.
Students are offered no more than one voluntary reschedule. Involuntary rescheduling, such as the case of the Instructor being unavailable, is the only exception to be afforded additional chances to retake the class later.
No-call/No-show means the student will not be given a rescheduling slot. He/she must purchase another slot for them to take the class at another date.
