Family Firearms Safety Class

Class Schedule: Monthly, select Sunday afternoons

Class Description: Designed for families with children aged 6–17.

Key Details:

• Aimed for families with children 6 to 17 years old.
• 1 Parent or Legal Guardian must accompany each child to the class.
• Rentals will be available, but families are encouraged to bring or purchase their own firearms to train with.
• Only .22LR caliber firearms will be used.
• The gun-range fees will be included in the class price.
• Ammunition will be provided during the range portion.
• A digital copy of “Children’s Safety & Firearms Fundamentals” workbook will also be provided to participants.

• CAP (Child Access Prevention) Laws
• Handgun & Rifle anatomy
• Firearm Fundamentals of Aim, Stance, Grip, etc.
• Dry-practice and Live-fire
• Range Etiquette

Certifications Earned: Digital workbook provided; no formal certification listed

Class Capacity: 10 students (5 pairs) per class
